About Us

The purpose of the Greater Houston Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives is to assist and support, on a local level, the stated goals and objectives of ACHE. Toward this end, the chapter will:

• Promote professional interaction among individuals with responsibility in healthcare management.
   
• Provide assistance to meet the continuing education needs of its membership.
   
• Endeavor to recruit qualified applicants for affiliation with ACHE.
   
• Establish a liaison mechanism between members of the Chapter and ACHE to encourage participation in the affairs of ACHE.
   
• Sponsor programs, including social activities, which will further any and all of the above and will provide members of the Chapter with necessary forums for professional and social fellowship.
